At KitchenRoast, we take pride in delivering fresh, delicious, and on-time meals for every occasion. Please review our shipping and delivery policy to understand how we operate and what you can expect.
📍 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver our services within the following areas:

Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Thane and Lonavla

For events outside these zones, please contact us for custom logistics support.
⏰ Delivery Timings

All orders are delivered on the date and time selected during checkout.

We recommend placing orders at least 24hours in advance from our sandwich menu to secure your preferred delivery slot.

For large event catering (50+ guests), we advise 3–5 days advance booking.
💼 Event-Based Deliveries
For catering events, our team will:

Deliver and set up food 30–60 minutes prior to your event time

Coordinate with venue staff or hosts to ensure seamless execution
🧊 Food Handling & Safety

Orders are packed in temperature-controlled containers to maintain freshness

We use hygienic, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible

Our team follows strict FSSAI and Covid safety norms
🚫 Failed Delivery
We consider a delivery failed if:

No one is available to receive the order at the confirmed location and time

The customer provides an incomplete or incorrect address

Delivery is delayed due to unforeseen events (traffic, weather) and cannot be fulfilled
In case of failed delivery, refunds will be as per our refund policy. We will try our best to call and coordinate, but we request your cooperation in being available.
❗ Changes to Delivery Address or Time

Changes can be made up to 24 hours before delivery for our sandwich delivery menu. For our catering there is no change of date allowed without foregoing the advance paid to block the earlier date of event

Any changes requested beyond that window will be handled on a best-effort basis
