Terms of service

For our catering events we follow the following Terms of service : 

• Three portions of each starter will be provided.
• One portion of each dessert will be served.
• Delivery charges on actuals.
• The team will require two hours to prepare the food and set up the table before service begins.
• The grazing table will be laid out all at once; food will be served at room temperature and will not be reheated.
• The client must provide a table for setup, pantry space with electrical plug points, and access to water supply.
• Bisleri water bottles can be arranged at an additional cost.
• A 30% advance payment is required, with the remaining balance to be settled within seven days after the event.
• Buffet table service will be available for a duration of four hours.
• The price includes food, crockery, cutlery, tissues, transportation, servers, a cleaner, and basic table decor.
• Additional charges will apply for elaborate or theme-based decor.
• For dinner parties, an additional charge of INR 500 per staff member per hour will apply after midnight.
